I’ve been drinking this concoction for quite some time now and can honestly say it’s pretty amazing! It gives me energy, helps with digestion, and makes me feel full. I definitely feel the difference in my body if I happen to skip a few days.

How to make:
8oz of warm water
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp raw honey
Mix it all together, say Bismillah and enjoy!
Ps. Make sure to drink first thing in the morning on empty stomach for maximum results.
